SEM of lot # 1208, four-slot 75-nm NPN at 1014x, 1972x, 4101, and 5351x mag.
The next image is with a tilted sample. (from the same lot of chips #1208 4-slot 5.4 mm chips)
The next five show the edge from the top side. I think the second image is the best of the bunch.
The final pair are of the back side of the membranes. I had trouble getting the membranes to break and stick to the glass cover slip. I tried pressure, I breathed on it. I poked at it with tweezers. Any hints will be appreciated.
We also need these in cross section ala Josh Winans for the publication.
Actually these pores sizes suggest the material is useless for dialysis. We should transfer the membrane onto a slide and image the backside. That is the selective side.
I tried to get backside images but ran out of time, I’m going back in at noon today. I do have blurry images of the backside of the 75-nm wafers and will put them up in the mean time.
I added new images of the back side and cross section for the four-slot material.
