Vacuole inhibition by bafilomycin A1 (trial 2)

I wanted to confirm my results from this previous post.  Here, I used lower concentrations of bafilomycin (10, 25 and 50nM) in growth media.  Everything else was the same (except the cells were 1 passage older).

The results are the same-lots of vacuoles in the control sample and no vacuoles at all in any of the drug-treated samples.  Also, cell morphology is slightly altered in drug treated samples.  I did duplicates of this experiment, but I’m only showing 1 of the samples for each concentration here.  More evidence that these are vacuoles.
